In Bethel, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Connecticut, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Bethel is in Connecticut, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Bethel peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. I can’t say enough about this business. The Belardinelli family is always there for their customers. Jared saved my day.

Came in slightly early to ask for a diagnosis for my engine and one technician/employee confronted me in a threatening manner saying that it was not ok to come inside the gate when they were not open, even though the gate was slightly open and the lights were on with a bunch of staff, 5 minutes before opening. This is outrageous and not how a customer should be treated so this guy has no idea about customer service and should be removed from the job immediately. And also if you want a quick diagnosis for your car don’t go here they said they have appointments at 8 yet they open at 7:30 and a diagnostic is very quick. I am very dissatisfied with belardineli and I highly discouraged coming here. Absolutely shameful.

These guys sold me two sets of snow tires that were 'new' but already 5 years old. When I tried work it out with them and offered to show them the receipts for the work done, they said they had no records of the work so there was nothing they could do. I suspect there's a market for this kind of tire since most of us don't run the serial number past the manufacturer when we buy them, but if you buy them from these guys, I would suggest you confirm in writing you are actually getting new tires.

Friendly and cooperative. I have brought many vehicles here over the years and they are always helpful and commicative. If anything is noticed or changed during the work, they call ahead to price and discuss changes or options. Professional and well prepared. A great local mechanic!

Dropping your car off at Balardinelli is like having a trusted family member fix your car. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and treats your car and you with the utmost respect. Great communication and great work. And what if your supercar or exotic needs some work or an emissions test? This is the place to go. Yes they know how to drive your car with paddle shifters and yes they'll treat it you do.
